Dealing with anxiety (disorder), low self esteem/confidence and stress // Low self esteem/confidence

Hello gorgeous angel of the planet earth.
As I already said in my latest post this blogpost series is a collaboration with a really close to me YouTube person I always wanted to collab with. Her name's Marie and she's a really sweet and kind soul that has been and still being through a lot of hate and bullying because of her weight. She's going to share with you her thoughts about bullying while I'm going to talk to you about something really important for our generation. Today's topics are low self esteem and low self confidence.

A psychological research prove that the beliefs you seem to have about yourself often appear to you as statements of facts, although they are actually only other people's opinions. Negative beliefs about yourself are brought to you by negative situations you experienced personally in your life. If for example people are talking to you negatively your self esteem is going to be effected negatively as well while your mind is going to absorb this sayings as facts instead of opinions aka what they truly are.

That's the reason behind my decision to write a post based on that topic. We live in a world that kind of made us lose the essence. We live in a world where other people's "opinions" are able to bring someone down.

They say..
NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER.

Everyone knows that saying but no one really implements it because we live in a world where socialization makes it easier for people to judge a person based on a stupid rumor they heard unread of try to really R E A L L Y know that person.

Daily experiences help ourselves to form our beliefs that happen to us in real life starting from our childhood. Experiences between you and your family as well as experiences between you and your wider social community affect the way you see yourself.

Keep in mind something I read a few months ago. Other people's "opinions" don't show who you are but who THEY truly are..

"Don't let other people's opinions affect you personally" -MacQueen98.

People are because rude because they've been treated as shi*t as well.
I'm not trying to excuse them I'm just saying how things really are..
This is our world my friend..

If you're not happy with it, instead of only thinking about it try to change this cruel place some people call world.

YOU CAN.

YOU CAN change this world.

YOU CAN achieve all of your personal goals.

And most importantly..

YOU CAN be happy..!

There's one last thing I need to ask you before you close this tab forever..

"Are you ready to fight for your happiness?" -MacQueen98.

Dealing with anxiety (disorder), low self esteem/confidence & stress // Anxiety (disorder)

Hello gorgeous angel of the planet earth.
Today's post is slightly different than my older ones. I am proud to say that I'm finally doing a collaboration with a YouTube person that I always wanted to. Her name's Marie and she's a really sweet and kind soul that has been and still being through a lot of hate and bullying because of her weight. She's going to talk to you from the button of her heart about her bullying experience while I'm going to share with you the mental disorder that I'm unfortunately suffering from and everything that comes with it.

I just wanted to confide something really important with you before you start reading. Anxiety disorder is something that I'm dealing with since I was a little child so I'm kindly asking you to try understand what it truly feels like and be gentle..

There's a side of me that you don't really get to see in here because most of the times I like to document and talk about good things that happen to my life and manage to put a smile on my face for a while. Unfortunately I have to tell you that there's a lot more in someone's life than what they put on their social networks and media either if they're just for fun or also business included.

A lot of people are confusing anxiety with anxiety disorder. I'll try my best to explain the difference between them as easy as I possibly can. If you are feeling anxious only on situations where you supposed to feel anxious and it's completely normal then you don't have to worry about it. If you on the other side feel anxious and terrified and you are overthinking even the tiniest little things that can possibly happen to your life then we're both playing on the same team. And we're both are suffering from what physiologists call "anxiety disorder".

The truth is that anxiety is really common fear that a lot of people are suffering from in any kind of way. Every time that I start to feel anxious I always deal with the same repeating pattern. I most likely feel like I'm having no air (even though I know I always breath faster during similar situations) and I start feeling really sick and hot while my head is rumbling, my hands are sweating and my heart is beating faster and faster. Suddenly the world becomes another place. The noises are getting louder as people are getting bigger while I become smaller and smaller as the time goes by.

Something really common that I myself as most people out there regret is shutting multiple opportunities down and holding theirselves back because of it. Trust me when I'm saying I know from experience that it is not a really nice feeling but as I already said in the beginning of this post anxiety disorder is a mental illness.

No matter what other people make you think or believe I want you to accept the upcoming truth.
IT'S NORMAL TO HAVE ANXIETY DISORDER.

There's a phrase of my own I want you to remember before you close this tab forever:
"Don't let any situations, people and thoughts effect you negatively and stop you from achieving your personal goals" -MacQueen98.
