Limburg vacation 2015 // shopping streets

Walking in the old city was more beautiful than I ever thought. The streets were full of people who were also enchanted by the beauty of this graphical place like we were. Every little road was leading to something so unique and different.

You can find a lot of coffee shops in the streets of the old city. All of them with different kind of flavors for everyone's taste.

Every little corner was so enchanting beautiful that I sometimes got the feeling that this city came out of a fairytale.

Limburg vacation 2015 // tourist attractions

About two weeks ago me and my friends went to a road trip across the country I live (Germany) and we had the chance to meet a few incredible beautiful cities that we've never seen before. Taking an amount number of pictures gave me the ability to choose the best shots from our trip and create a mini travel guide for you guys to see. With that being said let's get into it..

Limburg (or more specifically Limburg an der Lahn) is one of the most graphical cities in Germany. The city attracts thousands of people everyday and it's known for the old town (of Limburg), the Catholic cathedral of Limburg, the Diocesan Museum and the unique and unforgettable architecture of the city.

The first thing that you notice when you enter the city is the Catholic cathedral of Limburg which you can see from every corner of the city.

The Catholic cathedral of Limburg was established in 16th August in 1827 during the reorganization of Catholic diocese in the course of the secularization and it belongs to the ecclesiastical province Cologne (Archdiosece of Cologne). The church is also known as St. George's Cathedral, as Dicecesis Limburgenesis (in Latin) and as Limburger Dom (in German).

life is a gift

Morning angels!

Someone's feeling really good today. Any guesses? I am so happy that I'm finally able to posts after four days. Anyway, before getting started I want you to know that you're amazing and that I love you. 

It's around 7 a.m. right now and the sun is located where it belongs. As for me, I decided to photograph the sunshine instead of staying in bed or sleeping (like most of the people do right now). My mom thinks I'm crazy but I believe that nothing compares to the beautiful colors of the sky when it dawns. A quote says that "a picture is worth more than a thousand words". 

I always loved mornings. They're the best part of the day in my opinion. I once read a phrase that I won't forget in my entire life. "Life is a gift, wake up every day and realize that". The thing is that every time that I wake up in the morning and see the beginning of the day, I realize that life IS a gift. That's why I wake up so early every day and why I love mornings so much.

laying in bed

Hello beautiful people. I hope you're doing better than me since I'm still sick. I wasn't in the mood to do something today besides laying in bed and watching  TV series all day long. Don't worry though, I still got a few shots for you guys ..

My day started at 10 am with me not being pleased that I'm awake. After an hour I finally left my phone and got out of bed to take my medications and make myself a cup of coffee. 

I wasn't feeling like eating breakfast so I went back to my bed to watch Netflix. Law and Order: Special Victims Unit (aka my favorite police procedural and legal drama TV Show) is now available on Netflix (or at least I just discover it!) which got me extremely exciting to start watching it all over again. 

Since I wouldn't be physically active today I decided to have something really healthy for lunch to keep my body energetic. So I prepared myself two toasted slices of bread with turkey, avocado and a little bit salt on the top (along with green tea of course!).

After I ate I put comfortable sport clothes on and took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. 

Right now I'm sitting on my windowsill and reading my favorite book at the moment (Beautiful Disaster - Jamie McGuire) while I luxuriate the sunset. 

It wasn't a bad day after all..

living in a fairytale

Good morning guys!

My parents had the day off yesterday, so my dad thought that it was a great opportunity for us to make something really fun instead of staying home. There is an incredible beautiful mountain 500 km from our house that we never had the chance to visit since we moved in this place. After we ate our breakfast, we took our climbing equipment from the loft and we entered the car. Me and my brother played UNO (=card game) in the car until we reached our destination. The mountain was extremely gorgeous and it made our trip even more beautiful and fun. I know that I took way too many pictures yesterday but I couldn't help myself since everything was beyond beautiful. Here are a few of my favorite shots.

I had a lovely day yesterday so I decided to share it with you guys. I really hope that you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it. Unfortunately I feel kinda sick right now so I won't be post something tomorrow but I'll try my best to post at Sunday.
